This is has been delayed at some point. And we couldn't be happier and excited when it was pushed through FINALLY!
I was the eventologist for the said activity, am a little nervous because re-calls from work and weather unpredictability are my archnemesis. But we prevailed.
We met up at Monumento Terminal of Victory Liner. Fare costs 200 php one way. 
The way to Olongapo is more like of Baguio except its nearer (3 hours with mild traffic in Pampanga). It has zigzag roads and green views. We just ate, slept and chatted most of the trip.
We arrived at Olongapo City. I was in awe. It's so clean! Way to go Mayor Gordon.
We rode the yellow jeep that passes in SBMA. We we'ren't allowed entry at the gates, guards told us entry is allowed only after 10 am. Mother Nature is on our side, it rained and we need shelter and they let us in. We road the taxi towards JEST area. Again cleanliness left me in awe.

The Staff of TTA are very accomodating. Hurray. Great customer service I should say. We chose our package deal 9We chose package 550 php). Too bad the Zip line was closed for maintenance. The area is an untouched rainforest that was home of our aborigine forefathers during the early days. During the war period they helped the Americans on how to survive in the forest using only raw resources.

Soldier's quarters. It's said to be cool inside even without an AC
It consists of Tree stations that gives you a hanging tour around the forest. The highest point is I think 100 feet. We were oriented of the trees name, plants and fruit. I can't remember it all. But I can say we have amazing soil for these kinds of trees. Most of them are over hundreds of years. By the way TTA is tree-friendly they don't use nails and screws to attach all the railings. Instead they use "treehuggers" that hugs around the tree. When it grows in size they just have to adjust some bolts, hinges and screw ( or whatever the hell they call it in engineering).
