I remember seeing this dog in the neighborhood. He has fear of being touched. Maybe its because its the start of hitting. The next thing we know he's chained in a dog cage, that's meant to be death bed. We even thought of adopting him so that he could have a home.
Upon seeing this dog abuse. I'm enraged! I couldn't even dare to watch the video. I hope SG authorities could do something about this. I'm not familiar with SG animal laws.
