Happy Halloween!

I just hope only a few people (or better yet no one) will be wearing a naughty nurse costume.

The Halloween celebration here is no trick-or-treat type. I find it more like wearing costumes just for fun. So I guess I'll be seeing vampires and glow in the dark horns. Not to mention the SCREAM mask.

I went for a jog a couple of minutes ago. I was surprised to see a bunch of kids huddling in the stairs of the PCN. I guess they're off to hunt for ghosts. Good luck to you, I hope that ghost monkeys won't come your way.

We don't celebrate Halloween the PHL. We have the All Saint's Day which is something like a day of obligation for us Catholics to go to mass on November 1. Also to commemorate our departed loved ones that's supposed to be November 2 for the All Soul's Day.

I could still remember the days we spent in the PHL come November 1. When we were younger, we're fond of watching the Halloween special of Magandang Gabi Bayan (hosted by former VP Noli de Castro). It's also a reunion of sorts come this day for we always have a gathering in the cemetery where cousins from all degrees and consanguinity would come. As I grow older I was missing it every time because of work. Ah, memories...those were the days...

I'm thinking of doing some "writing" everyday but sometimes my brain won't work...Aarghh
I want to explore more blogs...
I want to "write" something about the picture that I took for this day...
